Teenage Program
The Teenage program at KHG is for students of all abilities and is open to young people (between the ages of 15 to 18 approx) or those in the later years of high school.
The program is delivered in the inclusive, natural and supportive environment of the KHG gardens at Doncaster and provides students with engaging activities, positive personal development and an opportunity to ‘try out’ all that Kevin Heinze Grow has to offer.
The Teenage program can assist young people by supporting academic engagement, reducing risky behaviours and promoting good physical and mental health.
It offers a safe, flexible yet structured environment for the students. This program affords the opportunity for high school students and their families to see all that KHG has to offer. It can provide for a seamless transition into our post school Grow program or it may simply offer an alternative after-school activity.
Delivered by our friendly and caring staff, the KHG Teenage Program seeks to develop core skills in the following key areas:
- Social skills
- Cognitive skills
- Physical health
- Emotional skills
- Leisure skills
