Our Doncaster site is home to our head office and a broad range of popular programs designed around therapeutic horticulture.  This site is the ‘engine room’ of our plant production with hothouses, propagation marquee, dedicated ‘grow-on’ areas and a great-value nursery which sells high-quality plants to the public and provides a retail training opportunity for participants.

Visitors often marvel at how KHG Doncaster can be a hive of bustling activity whilst maintaining a calm and peaceful atmosphere – we think it’s all about our beautiful garden setting.

The site boasts purpose-built gardens with winding paths leading to various garden ‘rooms’, established trees, a pond and dry creek bed, accessible raised garden beds and a number of flexible areas for potting up activities.

The people you meet at KHG Doncaster might be a combination of program participants (including participants in the NDIS), volunteers, staff and visitors who use the garden to connect to nature and community. Our programs facilitate social connections and opportunities for people to engage in meaningful activities which promote recreation, personal development and wellbeing.
