Client Services Manager

Permanent part-time role 0.8 FTE, SCHADS Award Level 6

We are seeking an empathetic, strategic leader to inspire and guide our Client Services and Support Work teams. Leading and managing the delivery of services, key areas of responsibility will involve:

  • Overseeing staff management including recruitment, rostering, performance, incident response and supporting ongoing learning and development
  • Managing all key aspects of client services including intake, assessment, service agreements and invoicing
  • Developing and maintaining key external partnerships
  • Acting as the key senior point of contact to participants, participants’ families and support networks

Being an integral member of the Leadership Team, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in the creation and delivery of the organisational business plan, with a strong focus on quality services, industry leadership, strong community presence, a confident and capable team and organisational sustainability.

Fundraising Specialist

Permanent part-time role 15hrs per week, SCHADS Level 4

We are seeking an enthusiastic creative fundraiser that can think outside the box to deliver our fundraising strategy at Kevin Heinze Grow (KHG).

Supported by the CEO and senior team you love seeking and building new connections to build and grow fundraising activities that support KHG. Your key tasks will involve assisting in the development and delivery of the KHG fundraising strategy including:

  • developing and delivering key fundraising programs including Gifts in Wills, regular giving and peer to peer fundraising
  • developing and maintaining key partnerships with corporates and philanthropic foundations
  • implementing key fundraising events and activities
