Kevin Heinze GROW announces that Dr Josh Fergeus has resigned his position as Chief Executive Officer after 9 years, and will be moving on from his role at KHG later this year, at a date to be confirmed.
The Board thanks Josh for his enormous and positive contribution to KHG and his commitment to supporting participants, staff and the broader community. He has been a key driver of growth, stability, innovation and service excellence, and KHG has grown stronger under his leadership.
KHG remains in a strong position as a leading provider of therapeutic horticulture, allied health and community participation services for people living with disability and complex support needs. All programs and services will continue to provide the quality you’ve come to trust.
The organisation continues to build on strong strategic and operational foundations, including the implementation of its 2024–2027 Strategic Plan, growing partnerships and continued investment in participant outcomes and community impact.
The Board will shortly commence recruitment for KHG’s next CEO and looks forward to appointing a leader who can continue to build on KHG’s legacy, values and future aspirations.
